At the Tampa Bay Prostate Institute, brachytherapy alone and/or Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy has proven to be highly successful in the treatment of prostate cancer and other cancers. In fact, we were the first in Tampa Bay to offer the “state of the art” technique called Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT).

We are proud that our Center has been recognized as one of the leading brachytherapy centers in the nation from the standpoint of patient numbers, variety of tumors treated, and our overall experience with all types of brachytherapy. The Center for Cancer Care has created an outstanding team dedicated to prostate cancer treatment and research.
